   Move from contact-only conversations to the first transparent funding relationship: written scope, disclosed conflicts and dedicated research runway. No token rights.

3. PREDICTION

   Sign the first prediction before its target data release, freeze the analysis path, and compare publicly when the experiment reports.

4. INSTITUTION

   Build a durable home for the programme: a sponsored fellowship, foundation, lab or equivalent vehicle able to support multi-year work.

5. K4V · SEPARATE GATE

   Consider a K4V launch only after separate legal, governance, security and operational gates are published and Founder-signed. There is no launch date today.
